Degreasing & Cleaning
Components cleaned in alkaline solution to remove oils, grease, and organic contaminants from steel surface.

Shot Blasting
High-velocity steel shot removes mill scale, rust, and oxides, creating a clean anchor profile for superior zinc adhesion.

Pickling (Acid Treatment)
Dilute hydrochloric acid removes remaining oxides and activates the steel surface for optimum flux treatment.

Flux Treatment
Zinc ammonium chloride flux prevents re-oxidation and improves zinc wetting during molten zinc immersion.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing @ 450°C
Immersed in molten zinc — zinc reacts metallurgically with steel forming bonded zinc-iron alloy layers with full coverage.
